The Vendor Coordination Module helps hospital teams coordinate vendor support for surgical cases. It allows users to assign vendors, track responses, manage reusable templates, and monitor case status in one place.

This module is typically used by surgical schedulers, OR coordinators, and other staff responsible for ensuring vendor coverage before a procedure.

With Coordination, you can:

• View upcoming cases
• Add and manage vendor requests
• Track vendor response status (Accepted, Pending, Rejected)
• Save cases as reusable templates
• Filter and search cases
• Toggle between hospitals (if assigned to more than one)

The module is fully responsive and works on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
