Using the Case Cart Tab
What You'll See on the Case Cart Tab
Trays in Hospital
The Trays in Hospital list shows all trays that have arrived at the facility, along with their current sterile processing status. Each tray card displays the tray name, product line, vendor, tray ID, whether it contains implants, whether it should be on hold, and current status. Statuses you may see include Checked In, Decontam, Cleaned, and Sterilized.
Grouping Trays by Vendor
If the case involves multiple vendors, you can toggle Group by Vendor in the top-right of the Trays in Hospital section to organize trays by vendor for easier review.
If there are trays associated with the case that are not currently at the hospital, you may see a Trays Not On-Site component that lists trays that have not yet arrived or have been picked up. Each vendor section includes the rep's name and contact options so you can reach out directly without leaving the page.
Contacting a Rep About Missing Trays
On desktop, the vendor rep's phone number and email address are shown directly in the Trays Not On-Site section for each vendor with outstanding trays.
On mobile, you'll see a text button and a call button next to each rep's name. Tapping the text button opens a pre-populated SMS message that includes the rep's phone number, case details and a prompt asking the rep to confirm delivery status — ready to send with one tap. Tapping the call button initiates a phone call directly to the rep.
