How to Read the Vendor Request Tracker History
Where to Find the Tracker
The Vendor Request Tracker appears on the case detail view in the Vendors tab. Each vendor request has its own tracker, and you can expand it by tapping the chevron (∨) in the top-right corner of the tracker card. When collapsed, the tracker shows only the title. When expanded, it shows the full timeline of events.
What the Tracker Shows
The tracker displays a chronological list of events for that vendor request. Each event includes what happened, who did it, and when. Events are marked with colored status indicators on the left side.
The possible events you'll see are:
Case Created: The case was created via EHR. This is always the first event and includes the date and time.
Vendor Assigned: A vendor rep was assigned to the case. This entry shows who made the assignment, which vendor rep was assigned, their company, and their email address.
Assigned (Auto): The vendor rep was assigned automatically through an AutoAssign template, rather than manually. This is labeled differently from a manual assignment so you can tell how the assignment was made.
Vendor Accepted: The assigned vendor rep confirmed they will support the case. This entry shows the rep's name, company, and email.
Vendor Rejected: The assigned vendor rep declined the case. This entry shows the rep's name, company, and email. When a vendor is rejected, the case may be reassigned.
Case Cancelled: The case was cancelled. This entry shows who cancelled it and when.
No Vendor Required: The case was marked as not needing a vendor rep. This entry shows who made that determination and when.
