Searching for a Case by Case ID

If you've been given a specific case number — from a surgeon's office, a vendor, or another system — you can jump straight to it without scrolling or filtering. The Case ID search takes you directly to that case in one step.

If you know the Case ID, you can search directly from the top search bar in Coordination. Enter the Case ID and press Enter. If a Case ID is found, you will be immediately navigated to that case. If the Case ID does not exist in Casechek, you will receive the message "Case ID not found."
