Using Filters in Coordination

With cases coming in from your EMR across multiple surgeons, vendors, and dates, it's easy for the list to get unwieldy fast. Filters let you cut through the noise and focus on exactly the cases you need to act on — whether that's everything scheduled for tomorrow or just the cases where a vendor hasn't responded yet

Temporary Filters

Temporary filters appear on the left side of the Scheduling page. You can filter by:

  • Date or Date Range
  • Case status
    • Indicates whether the case has vendor support yet
  • Vendor Request status
    • Indicates whether the vendor request has been replied to by the vendor
  • Surgeon
  • Vendor
  • Vendor Rep

Temporary filters apply only to your current session and can be removed at any time.

Permanent Filters

Permanent filters (available under Configure View) allow you to permanently narrow your view by:

  • Surgical specialty
  • Location

Permanent filters apply to both the case list and the case calendar. They remain active in every session until you remove them. When a global filter is active, an indicator appears to show your view is filtered.
